In the wake of the iPhone 6 and 6 Plus announcement, Apple is receiving some much-deserved jibes from the competition. Samsung was the first on board, but the rest soon followed.

After years of poking fun at bigger phones, Apple is now receiving its come-uppance in the form of some light trolling from the competition. The two new iPhones – the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus – are everything Apple once portrayed as silly and cumbersome.

The Cupertino company stuck to its guns as hard as it could when it came to the size of phone screens, but there’s only so far you can go before principles become stubbornness to move with the times. After Samsung came HTC.

Then Sony got in a word...

Even IKEA couldn't stay out of it, although its 'extendable interface' might need a little work.

Conan had a go at Apple's music choices

Now the wait is on for Microsoft to realise that its Nokia division almost went down the same design route years ago.

Anyone?
