"The Galaxy Nexus successfully combines a superb screen, great software and excellent hardware to produce what we think is the best Android phone ever." 4.8/5 Stars

"The 4.65 inch 720p display on the Galaxy Nexus is fantastic. The size, coupled with impressive 720×280 resolution, makes for an engaging experience no matter what you’re doing. The seemingly idiosyncratic size of 4.65′ is to allow for a 16:9 aspect ratio; the same ratio that is used by most modern wide-screen televisions." 90/100

"The Samsung Galaxy Nexus is a superb phone, and a great vehicle for introducing Android Ice Cream Sandwich to the world. Android has clearly come a long way, and the tweaks and updates Google has implemented throughout the operating system make a huge difference in efficiency and ease of use." 4.5/5 Stars

"Proof that megapixel counts are almost irrelevant when you have a good sensor, the camera on the Galaxy Nexus produces hugely encouraging results. Some shots can look a little washed-out, but most of the time the sensor does a decent job of capturing colour and brightness... It's also one of the fastest cameras we've seen on a mobile." 4.5/5 Stars

"Viewing video content on the Samsung Galaxy Nexus is comparable to the best screen experiences we've had on a phone. The AMOLED display plays HD video content with rich colours, deep blacks and smooth, silky playback." 4.5/5 Stars

"You won't find an SD slot on the outside. Or indeed, the inside. Ridiculously, this – the flagship Google handset which is so set up as a media device – has been crippled by having NO expandable memory. Words fail us." 4/5 Stars

"That display, too is spectacular. Forget any concerns about the number of sub-pixels: 1280×720 pentile pixels in such a comparatively small screen still equals stupid sharp. This *actually* is an HD phone, even if it is hampered by a too glossy glass overlay and shallow horizontal viewing angles."

"The Galaxy Nexus is sculpted to fit into your hand, a gentle curve that sits nicely and presents the display to you. We've seen some devices with big displays that feel too big, so you have to shift them around to use them one-handed. That's not the case with the Galaxy Nexus, although reaching the far corner of the screen with your thumb can be a bit of a stretch. At times you almost forget that the screen is as big as it is." 4/5 Stars
